Your listing

If a show, venue, studio or picture on Pigment is yours, you decide whether it stays. Ask us to change it or take it down and we will.

Ask us

What do you need?

Listingpigment.guide/portland/goldsmith-blocks

Use an address that shows who you are, such as one at your gallery’s own domain. We will email it a link to confirm the request is yours.

Dates, hours, the address, the title, the artists, the picture, or a show that is missing.

What happens next

  • We email you a link. Confirm it, so we know the request came from you and where to reply.
  • A person reads every confirmed request and replies within five business days.
  • A removal covers what you ask for: one picture, one show, or a venue and everything listed under it. It comes off the site and the iPhone app together.
  • If you ask us not to list you again, we do not.
  • It costs nothing, and you do not need an account.

So that nobody can take down someone else’s show, use an address that shows who you are, such as one at your gallery’s own domain. If we cannot tell, we will ask.

What you can change

  • Dates, opening hours, the address, or the link to your own page.
  • The title, the artists named, or the description.
  • The picture: swap it for one you send, or have none shown.
  • A show that is missing, or one that was cancelled or extended.

Where listings come from

Pigment is a guide to what is on. We read the exhibition pages that galleries, museums and organisers publish, and list each show with its dates, venue and artists and a link back to the venue’s own page. A picture, where there is one, is the image the venue published for the show. Nobody pays to be listed, and a listing is not an endorsement in either direction.
