Dates change and shows get extended. If a show, venue or studio is wrong, send us the link and what should change, and we will fix it.

If you are the gallery, artist or organiser and want a listing or a picture changed or taken down, ask us here. We will act on it.

Listings come from public websites, read by our crawler. That page says what it reads and how to stop it.

• Open Settings, then Notifications, then Pigment, and check that notifications are allowed.
• Reminders arrive at 9 in the morning on the day a saved show opens, three days before it closes and on its last day.
• A Focus or Do Not Disturb setting can hold them back.
• Open the app now and then: it updates each reminder to the show’s current dates when you do.

Open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Location Services, then Pigment, and choose “While Using the App”. The app works without it: the map opens on the city with the most to see.

Saved shows and plans are kept on your phone, not in an account, so they do not move to a new phone and are removed if the app is deleted.

Cities open one at a time. Tell us which you want, or join the waitlist on that city’s page if it has one.
